1. Agreement

By downloading or using LearnGuage ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Contact: learngua@learnguage.app

2. The service

LearnGuage is a language-learning application offering reading, listening, vocabulary and grammar practice. Free use is subject to daily usage limits. Premium removes those limits.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Account) or via this page.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, sold through Google Play.
• The price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies. Prices may change; any change applies only to future renewal periods and is announced beforehand.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play according to Google's refund policy.
• If a free trial is offered, cancelling before the trial ends prevents any charge.

5. Free usage limits

Free accounts receive a limited number of daily "lives" that are consumed while reading book sections and watching listening content. Lives reset daily. These limits may be adjusted to keep the service sustainable; adjustments never affect an active Premium subscription.

6. Content and intellectual property

• Books in the catalogue are either original works created for LearnGuage or public-domain works whose copyright has expired.
• Listening content consists of third-party videos played through the official YouTube player; those videos belong to their respective owners.
• You may not copy, redistribute or resell app content outside the app.
• Content you add yourself (your own books, words, notes) remains yours.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the app, bypass usage limits or payment mechanisms, upload unlawful or infringing content, or disrupt the service for other users.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the learning content is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
